  • Changing personal data

    Passing on your email address

It is important that we have your correct email address, as you will receive an email from us when a message is ready for you. We can only send it if we have your correct email address.

Do you have a new email address? Then you can adjust this yourself at MijnPGBpensioen. You log in with the DigiD app, or with DigiD with SMS verification. For privacy reasons, we cannot change the email address for you.

Passing on your new account number

Do you receive pension benefits from us and do you have a new account number? It’s important that you notify us of your new account number as soon as possible. Then you know for sure that your pension is paid into the right account.

You change your account number at MijnPGBpensioen. You log in with the DigiD app or with DigiD with SMS verification.

Do you prefer to send an email or letter? That’s also possible. Please state your former and new account numbers as well as your client number. And enclose a copy of your bank card or bank statement. You can find the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Passing on a change of address

Are you moving within the Netherlands?
Then you need to register with your new municipality. They will then pass on your new address to us. Therefore you don’t have to do that yourself.

You are moving in or to a foreign country
Your municipality will not pass on your new address to us. You have to do that yourself. In that case, send us an email or letter. You can find our contact details at the bottom of this page.

Please note: You receive 2% less state pension (AOW) for each year you live and work outside the Netherlands. For more information, visit the Sociale Verzekeringsbank website.

  • Frequently asked questions about logging in with DigiD

Instructions for logging in to mijnpgbpensioen.nl

On MijnPGBpensioen, you can find personal information about your pension; for example your current pension scheme and the digital post you receive from us. To log in to this personal environment, you must use your DigiD. A DigiD account is useful because numerous organisations now offer online services using the DigiD; for example Municipalities and the Tax and Customs Administration.

Do you not, as yet, have a DigiD?

If not, go to digid.nl; opt for the English website and click on ‘Apply’. There you can also find all the frequently asked questions and answers about DigiD.

    Passing on changes via mijnpgbpensioen.nl

If you would you like to pass on changes via MijnPGBpensioen, for example, a new email address, then your settings in DigiD must be correct. You can see your settings on digid.nl; you opt for the tab “Login My DigiD’ and the screen ‘Inlogmethode’ appears. Set the login level of preference at log in on DigiD with SMS verification or the DigiD app. You can activate SMS verification in DigiD.nl. At any time, you can (continuously) send any changes to us via MijnPGBpensioen

    Do you live abroad?

People who live abroad and do not have Dutch nationality will not have a DigiD. We have, therefore, thought up another way in which these participants can login. If you live abroad and do not have Dutch nationality, you should login using your BSN number and a password.

  • How do I log out of ‘MijnPGBpensioen’?

To log out, click on the menu at the top right of the page: the yellow button with your name in it. Then select ‘log out’. You will also be automatically logged out if you are not active on ‘MijnPGBpensioen’ for 15 minutes.

  • Where can I find my digital mail?

To access your mail, log in to MijnPGBpensioen with your DigiD. Then click on your name in the top right corner. If you click on ‘Mailbox and documents’, you will see all the mail we sent.

We will of course continue to develop ‘MijnPGBpensioen’ and will let you know when there are new features that may be useful to you. If you don’t want to miss any news, let us know your email address and communication preference. You can do that here.

  • Can you help me make my choice?

Yes, we can. We’ll be happy to assist you. You can phone us on 020 541 82 00 or e-mail us at ks@pensioenfondspgb.nl to make an appointment for a personal consultation. Please let us know if you would like to phone, video call or visit us. We will then be happy to make an appointment with you.
