In order to calculate the amounts, pension funds assume that you will continue to work for your present employer until you reach the retirement age for the state pension (AOW) and that you will continue to accrue pension capital in your present pension scheme.

This is the amount of pension that you have accrued so far.
TOP
The expected end result. This is what your pension seems likely to be at present. There is currently a 50% chance that your pension will be lower. There is also a 50% chance that your pension will be higher than this amount.
RIGHT
Your pension in a best case scenario. If the economy performs well, this is the amount that you are likely to receive. In this case, we have been able to increase your pension annually on a number of occasions. There is a 5% chance that you will receive a higher amount.
LEFT
Your pension in a worst case scenario. This is the amount that you appear likely to receive at present if the economy performs less well than expected. In this case, we have had to reduce your pension on several occasions. There is a 5% chance that you will receive a lower amount.
