Are you going to work less?

Then you will probably get a lower salary. This also means that you accrue less pension for yourself. And your partner and children will receive a lower pension when you die. Also, you pay less in terms of contribution.

Are you going to work more?

Then you will probably get a higher salary. This also means that you accrue more pension for yourself. And your partner and children will receive a higher pension when you die. Also, you pay more in terms of contribution.

Your employer will inform us

Are you going to work more or less? You do not have to notify us yourself. You employer will do it. We adjust your pension and the contribution you pay accordingly. Your salary statement shows how much contribution you pay.

Will you have enough pension in the future?

Are you going to work less? Then ask yourself whether you are accruing enough pension for later. If you think it isn't going to be enough, then it might be wise to make some additional arrangements. You can perhaps also accrue extra pension capital with us; we call this making ‘supplementary savings’.
