Pensioenfonds PGB has its own ombudsman, appointed by the board: Ans Bouwmans. Ans previously worked as a communications advisor for Pensioenfonds PGB.
The ombudsman mediates and sorts out matters for people who have a pension with us and feel that they have become stuck in their contact with us.
What does the ombudsman do?
If you believe something’s not right after our response to your complaint, our ombudsman will be happy to assist you. The ombudsman regulations tell you all about what the ombudsman does and doesn’t do.
